Companies with ten or more employees in New Mexico could be nominated for one of the Best Places to Work awards. Quantum Workplace contacted employees of nominated companies and provided employee surveys for completion. To be eligible for an award, a certain percentage of the workforce had to complete the questionnaire about working for the company. A numeric score was provided to each business based on employee comments to determine the business rankings in Albuquerque and other cities throughout New Mexico.
