Mark Bennett Albuquerque Personal Injury Lawyer
I was born on Mother’s Day in Canonsburg, PA in 1964 and have three siblings. I graduated with a B.A. from Duquesne University in 1986. In 1989, I obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University, where I was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review. I am licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. I began my legal career working as a clerk in the Parental Counsel Division of the Washington County Juvenile Courts and as a clerk in a private law office. After graduating from law school, I joined a law firm concentrating in general Civil Litigation. I left that position to join Berger and Green, where I represented injured accident victims in personal injury claims as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury attorney. In 2019, I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where I continue to practice law at Parnall Law.
I was a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), where I served on the Public Service Committee and the Bench Bar Conference Committee. I was also a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.
I enjoy reading, exercise, travel, and entertaining.
