Officials release more info on deadly crash in International District

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOAT, officials have provided additional details concerning the fatal auto vs. pedestrian wreck that happened at Louisiana Blvd and Central Ave NE on Wednesday.

A man stumbled from the curb into the path of a northbound vehicle around 3:15 p.m.

Rescue crews transported the man to an area hospital, where he died.

Police believe the driver did not have time to stop to avoid the collision.

Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Authorities do not believe impairment played a role in the wreck.

Emergency crews respond to wreck on I-10 near Las Cruces

LAS CRUCES, NM – First responders were called to the scene of an auto accident on I-10, 13 miles west of Las Cruces, on Friday, according to NMRoads.

Dispatchers received calls concerning the incident around 7:42 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

Crash disrupts traffic on I-40 near Moriarity

MORIARITY, NM – According to NMRoads, an auto wreck blocked traffic on I-40 EB, 10 miles west of Moriarity, on Friday.

The incident happened around 7:06 a.m.

Officials have not provided additional details.
