Parnall Law Firm Receives “Best Places to Work” for Fifth Year

The local business journal Albuquerque Business First recently named Parnall Law Firm as one of the Best Places to Work in New Mexico for 2023. This year’s award means Parnall Law Firm has been recognized as one of Albuquerque’s “Best Places to Work” for the past five years.

Best Places to Work in Albuquerque Five Years Running

Albuquerque Business First originally named Parnall Law Firm as one of the “Best Places to Work” in 2019. They were recognized for the same honor in 2020, 2021, 2022, and now 2023. Companies with ten or more employees can receive nominations for the “Best Places to Work” awards. Nominated companies’ employees receive surveys to complete. To become eligible for an award, a minimum percentage of a company’s employees must complete the survey, which asks questions about working there.

Nominated companies receive a numeric score based on employee responses to the questionnaire and their comments about working for the company. Based on the results, Albuquerque Business First ranked Parnall Law Firm as one of the best places to work in Albuquerque for large businesses.

The “Best Places to Work” awards recognize companies that foster outstanding working experience by aligning company goals with employee interests. Albuquerque Business First cites four core employee needs for an excellent workplace environment: purpose (spiritual), value (emotional), renewal (physical), and focus (mental).
