Train strikes, kills man near Rio Bravo Condominiums

SOUTH VALLEY, NM – According to KOAT, the New Mexico State Police is investigating a fatal train vs. pedestrian collision that happened near 2nd St and Rio Bravo Blvd SW on Wednesday.

The train struck and killed the victim sometime Wednesday.

Officials have not released the victim’s name.

Wreck reported on I-25 near Chamizal

CHAMIZAL, NM – A traffic accident was reported on I-25 SB near mile marker 150 on Thursday, according to NMRoads.

The incident happened around 7:35 a.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

Crash disrupts traffic near Los Manzanos

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KKOB Traffic, a wreck blocked the center lane on Paseo Del Norte Blvd NE near the Rio Grande River on Wednesday.

First responders were called to the scene around 3:45 p.m.

Officials have not released additional details.
