Police investigate fatal motorcycle crash near Southern Blvd Corridor

RIO RANCHO, NM – According to KRQE, the Rio Ranch Police Department is investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that happened near 21st Ave and Southern Blvd on Tuesday.

Eric Marlow and Joleen Mascarenas were riding a motorcycle west when they collided with a vehicle operated by Thomas Lucero heading east around 8:20 p.m.

Rescue crews transported Marlow and Mascarenas to an area hospital, where Marlow died. Mascarenas is in serious condition.

It is unclear who is at fault for the collision.

Crash reported near Parkway in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A traffic accident was reported at I-40 EB and Unser Blvd on Wednesday, according to NMRoads.

The incident happened around 3:45 p.m.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the collision.

Semi-truck crash blocks traffic on I-40 in Tijeras

TIJERAS, NM – According to KKOB Traffic, a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck blocked traffic at Sedillo Hill Rd and I-40 EB on Wednesday.

The incident was reported to authorities around 6:27 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
