Police investigate deadly crash on Unser Blvd NW

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KOAT, the Albuquerque Police Department’s Fatal Crash Unit is investigating a deadly wreck that happened on Unser Blvd NW on Thursday.

A driver was heading south on Unser Blvd NW when they lost control of the vehicle and strayed off the road before slamming into a street light. The car came to rest in a roadway median.

Rescue crews pronounced two passengers dead at the scene and transported the driver to an area hospital.

Authorities believe the driver may have been racing another vehicle.

Crash near Broadbent Business Park injures at least 1 person

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – At least one person was hurt in a wreck at I-25 NB and Menaul Blvd NE on Saturday, according to APD Traffic.

The incident was reported to authorities around 9:21 a.m.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

Wreck reported near Wells Park

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – According to KKOB Traffic, a crash was reported near I-40 EB and 4th St NW on Friday.

The incident happened around 6:10 p.m.
