ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A woman is in critical condition after being struck by an APD vehicle Wednesday night in west Albuquerque, according to KRQE.
The incident occurred at the intersection of 98th Street Northwest and Central Avenue Southwest, in the city’s Westland Row area. It was first reported by KRQE at 9:28 p.m.
At this time, the Albuquerque Police Department has not released further information about the circumstances of the crash.
The victim, who suffered critical injuries, was stabilized when she was rushed by first responders to an area hospital.
APD called to collision on Montgomery Blvd in NE Albuquerque
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A vehicle wreck was reported Thursday morning in northeast Albuquerque’s Stardust Skies Park neighborhood, according to APD Traffic.
The accident unfolded at the corner of Montgomery Boulevard Northeast and Louisiana Boulevard Northeast, a couple of blocks north of Cleveland Middle School. Albuquerque Police responded to the scene at around 9:14 p.m.
As of this writing, the department has not provided further information concerning the cause of the wreck, the number of vehicles involved, or any pending charges.

It was not immediately apparent whether anyone suffered injuries or had to be transported to a hospital.
Accident closes section of Dennis Chavez Blvd in SW Albuquerque
BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Part of Dennis Chavez Boulevard was blocked Thursday morning in southwest Albuquerque following a crash, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision took place on a stretch of the road between Coors Boulevard (New Mexico State Road 45) and Condershire Road. It was first reported by the BCSO at 8:48 a.m.
Little information has been provided, but motorists were urged to find alternate routes around the scene, which had Dennis Chavez Road closed in both directions.

By 9:38 a.m., 50 minutes later, the scene had been removed from the roadway, leaving all travel lanes open to traffic.
The sheriff’s office has not confirmed any injuries or hospital transports following the event.
