BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Deputies were dispatched to a wreck involving a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon, March 6, on 2nd Street Northwest in north Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident unfolded on a span of the northbound road at Ranchitos Road Northwest, in an area just south of North Valley. It was first reported by the BCSO at 3:23 p.m.
While the sheriff’s office did not immediately provide further details about the circumstances or the condition of the motorcyclist, part of northbound 2nd Street in the area was shut down during the response. Motorists were instructed to avoid the scene and find alternate routes.

Authorities respond to collision on I-25 NB near Spruce Park
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Commuters were warned of delays on Interstate 25 east of downtown Albuquerque Wednesday evening following a crash, according to KKOB Traffic.
The accident impacted the northbound lanes of I-25 near Exit 225 to Lomas Boulevard Northeast, near the city’s Spruce Park area. It was first reported shortly before 5:05 p.m.
Very few details were immediately shared, but the right lane and shoulder of the northbound highway were blocked in the immediate aftermath.

Collision blocks multiple lanes on I-40 WB at Eubank Blvd
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Authorities were dispatched to a crash Friday morning on Interstate 40 near east Albuquerque’s Princess Jeanne neighborhood, according to KKOB Traffic.
The accident happened on westbound I-40 at Exit 165 to Eubank Boulevard Northeast, some time before 8:25 a.m.
Details remain limited, but the incident blocked the three left westbound lanes, causing delays that reached commuters back to Juan Tabo Boulevard.
