SANDOVAL COUNTY, NM — A commercial motor vehicle jackknifed in a wreck Monday afternoon on New Mexico State Road 126 near Jemez Springs, reports NM Roads.
The accident happened at mile marker 22, about 16 miles west of NM-4. It was first recorded in the NM Roads map index at 4:05 p.m.
Little information has been made available at this time, but a section of NM-126 was shut down in both directions as tow crews worked to remove the vehicle.
Motorists were instructed to find alternate routes around the scene, as no detours were being conducted in the area.
As of this writing, officials have not confirmed any significant injuries and/or hospital transports from the scene.
At least 1 left injured after crash on Virginia St. in east Albuquerque
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Authorities responded to an injury collision Monday afternoon in Albuquerque’s International District, according to APD Traffic.
The wreck took place at the intersection with Zuni Road Southeast, prompting a response from Albuquerque Police and first responders at about 3:52 p.m.
While the circumstances behind the event remain unclear, at least one person suffered unspecified injuries.

BCSO investigates vehicle crash, fire on Broadway Blvd in south Albuquerque
BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Part of southbound Broadway Boulevard was closed early Sunday in south Albuquerque following a collision, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened on the southbound lanes of Broadway Boulevard at Prosperity Avenue Southeast, near South Valley. Deputies arrived on the scene some time before 1:00 a.m.
All southbound lanes and one northbound lane of Broadway Boulevard were blocked off during the emergency response and investigation.

While the collision caused a vehicle fire, officials did not indicate how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone was seriously injured.
