SANTA FE COUNTY, NM — A 30-year-old man received a summons following a collision on Los Pinos Road near southwest Santa Fe, according to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office.
While officials have not confirmed the exact date and time, the report indicated the incident occurred at the intersection with County Road 54B sometime between Thursday, February 29, and Friday, March 1.
Shortly after deputies were called to the scene after receiving reports about a collision, the driver, Santa Fe resident Jesus Ponce, was found to be driving with a revoked license due to a previous DWI.
It was unclear whether Ponce was seriously injured, but the crash report indicates he was issued a summons because he required “medical attention.”
