ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Injuries were reported last Friday night, September 15, after a collision on Isleta Boulevard in southwest Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened near the intersection with Rio Bravo Boulevard Southwest, just east of South Valley’s Del Rio Acres area. It was first reported by the BCSO just before 9:00 p.m., when deputies had already arrived on the scene.
Information regarding the circumstances of the wreck has not been shared, but a section of Isleta Boulevard was closed in both directions during the response and initial investigation. Motorists were asked to find alternate routes.
