BCSO responds to crash on Unser Blvd in Paradise Hills Civic area

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a collision Wednesday afternoon in northwest Albuquerque’s Paradise Hills Civic neighborhood, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.

The accident was reported at the intersection of Unser Boulevard and Paradise Boulevard, just south of Albuquerque Fire Rescue Station 22. Dispatchers first received the call some time before 5:58 p.m.

BCSO officials have not disclosed the cause of the wreck or any information on the involved parties, but all southbound lanes of Unser Boulevard were closed as a result.


By 9:00 p.m., more than three hours later, the scene was reported cleared with all travel lanes reopened to the public.

Local agencies have not confirmed any major injuries at this time.
