BCSO responds to accident on Alameda Rd NE in North Valley

BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Deputies were called to a collision late Tuesday afternoon on Alameda Road Northeast in North Valley, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened on the westbound lanes of the road at the intersection with Edith Boulevard Northeast. It was first tweeted by the BCSO at 4:04 p.m., when deputies had already arrived on the scene.

Very little information has been shared, but all westbound traffic on Alameda Road was reduced to a single open lane during the emergency response and investigation.


As of this writing, the sheriff’s office has not disclosed a possible cause of the wreck, the number of vehicles involved, or any details indicating potential injuries.
