ALBUQUERQUE, NM — One person lost their life Wednesday night following a crash on Coors Boulevard in southwest Albuquerque, according to KOAT.
Deputies responded to the scene on the road between Arenal Road Southwest and Blake Road Southwest, some time before 8:35 p.m.
The events leading up to the accident have not been specified, but the victim was pronounced deceased after being rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.
All northbound and southbound lanes of Coors Boulevard were shut down during the emergency response and initial investigation. Motorists were asked to find alternate routes around the area.

At least 1 left injured following crash on Central Ave in International District
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to an injury collision Wednesday evening near The Downs Casino Racetrack and Casino in Albuquerque’s International District, according to APD Traffic.
The collision happened on a stretch of Central Avenue between Louisiana Boulevard Southeast and Indiana Street Southeast. Dispatchers were first alerted some time before 7:37 p.m.
Local officials have not issued a statement about the circumstances of the event, but all eastbound lanes of Central Avenue were blocked in the area.
At least one person suffered unspecified injuries.

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Authorities were dispatched to a collision Wednesday morning in northeast Albuquerque’s Stardust Skies neighborhood, according to KKOB Traffic.
The accident happened at the intersection with Pennsylvania Street and was first reported some time before 7:39 a.m.
Following the event, no information about the involved parties or the cause of the crash has been made available.
