ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to an injury collision late last Friday, March 1, in northeast Albuquerque’s Eldorado Heights neighborhood, according to APD Traffic.
The accident happened at Shenandoah Place Northeast and was first reported some time before 10:21 p.m.
Few details have been made available at this time, but at least one person suffered unspecified injuries. It was unclear whether they had to be taken to a hospital.
All eastbound and westbound lanes of Montgomery Boulevard Northeast were blocked in the area.

BCSO responds to wreck on Paseo del Norte Rd near Los Ranchos de Albuquerque
BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — A vehicle accident Monday morning closed the far right lane on eastbound Paseo del Norte Road near Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The wreck unfolded on the eastbound lanes at the exit to 2nd Street Northwest, in an area just northwest of Albuquerque. It was first reported by the BCSO at about 8:26 a.m. when deputies had already arrived on the scene.
While the cause and nature of the collision were not immediately disclosed, the closure remained in place for over two hours, indicating a more involved emergency response.
By 11:48 a.m., crews had cleared the scene.

The accident happened at the intersection of Montgomery Boulevard Northeast and Wyoming Boulevard Northeast. Albuquerque Police responded to the scene at about 12:49 p.m.
Following the crash, authorities have not released any information regarding the circumstances or the parties involved.
