At least 1 left hurt following crash on Menaul Blvd in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police responded to an injury collision Wednesday morning on Menaul Boulevard in northeast Albuquerque, according to APD Traffic.

The accident happened on the westbound lanes at Newton Place Northeast. Dispatchers were alerted some time before 6:42 a.m.

Officials have not provided further information detailing the nature of the wreck, but at least one person suffered unspecified injuries.

A section of westbound Menaul Boulevard was blocked during the response and initial investigation.

Accident closes multiple lanes on I-25 NB at Tramway Blvd

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were dispatched to a collision Tuesday evening on Interstate 25 in northeast Albuquerque, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.

The collision unfolded on the northbound side of I-25, just south of Tramway Boulevard Northeast, in the Nor Este area. It was first reported by the BCSO at 6:37 p.m., when deputies had already arrived on the scene.

Very few details have been disclosed at this time, but multiple northbound lanes of I-25 were blocked in the immediate aftermath.

The sheriff’s office has not confirmed whether anyone was seriously injured or had to be taken to a hospital.

Crews respond to traffic incident on I-10 EB near TX border in Doña Ana County

DOÑA ANA COUNTY, NM — All of eastbound Interstate 10 heading into Texas from Anthony was shut down Wednesday morning due to a number of stall vehicles, according to NM Roads.

The incident was reported at mile marker 164, near the Anthony Welcome Center, and was first recorded in the NM Roads map index at 8:51 a.m.

At this time, officials have not shared any information about the circumstances of the event, but motorists were instructed to slow down and use extra caution as they approach the area. Delays were anticipated.

The closure remained in place as of 1:30 p.m., more than four hours later. No updates about scene conditions have been issued.
