APD responds to crash on Monroe St in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Albuquerque Police were called to a vehicle wreck Wednesday afternoon in northeast Albuquerque’s McKinley neighborhood, according to APD Traffic.

The accident was reported at the intersection of Monroe Street Northeast and Candelaria Road Northeast, near Bel-Air Elementary School. Officers arrived on the scene at around 1:26 p.m.

At this time, the department has not provided information regarding the cause of the crash or the number of vehicles involved.


It remains unclear whether anyone was injured and/or had to be taken to a hospital.
