1 dead, 1 left critically hurt after crash on Carlisle Blvd in NE Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — One person died Tuesday following a collision in northeast Albuquerque’s Bel-Air neighborhood, according to KOB4.

The fatal accident occurred at the intersection of Carlisle Boulevard Northeast and Claremont Avenue Northeast.

Few details have been released, but officials confirmed one person died from injuries sustained in the crash.

A second victim was transported to an area hospital where they were listed in critical condition.

Parts of the intersection were shut down as the APD’s Motor Unit conducted an investigation.
