I avoid conflict by nature, but I was told to contact a personal injury lawyer from a friend. My apartment complex had a sprinkler running before/during a freeze and I slid down concrete stairs. I still can’t place my left elbow down without pain. I even told Bert Parnall’s wife what happened at my work (while in a sling), and she was extremely sympathetic and empathetic. I understand that it might be hard to argue my case in some ways, but I didn’t personally hear from my “lawyer” until the case was abruptly closed more than 4 months after I initiated it.. I didn’t think anything would come of this whole thing, but I am so surprised at what little was done. The “lawyer” didn’t even know about/remember the sprinkler aspect while describing why my case was closed. I was told that the defense would tell me I should “watch my step.” All I have from this is one mug, because 1 of 2 was delivered unbroken..
