I had a case that was assigned to Aimee Martucci Whitsel and my experience was disappointing. First off, I only spoke to her three times over four years, and when I did, I did not feel that I had her full attention. There was a simple payout from my auto insurance, but there were questions regarding medical bills. From what I am told, the two parties dealing with medical bills had worked out a solution on their own which shorted me over $3k. She said they put time in to obtain medical records of which I told them to contact my Work Comp attorney as he had already compiled the records. At the end when I asked why there were negotiations for my payments on the medical without my representation, and asking where she was when these decisions were made, and why I was not consulted, it has been over three months of silence.
Do I feel that they earned their fee? Absolutely not.
Would I recommend Ms Martucci Whitsel? No.
Would I go back to the firm? No.

After several requests to have my name and address removed from any promotional materials sent my way, I really don’t want to be reminded of my mistake in hiring them, did they respect my requests? No. Did they bother to contact me to address the issue? No, don’t want to break their policy of not communicating with clients. I do not understand their continued disrespect, but it is disappointing. I guess they got paid and do not care anymore.
