I have gone back and forth about leaving a review. However I feel I have to share my experience with Parnall Law Firm up till now.

Had it been made clear from the get how this process was going to unfold I would have never began with this firm. I called bc I needed a personal injury attorney for second degree burns I got after a PT session that’s been ongoing from a car accident. At first it was we’ll see if we can do anything for you. Then It turned into the accident not being my fault. And now all I hear about is what my max benefit payout is. So now it’s feels as if I’m more of a dollar sign than a client who was already in hardship from this accident.

Communication is poor. The information till now is poor. I even asked for a new attorney. And was just told how amazing Josh is and that I’m in good hands. Again disregarded. Mind you Iv spoken to my actual attorney two times up till now. And when I did express how worried I was about the medical debt and collections his response was (that I would be accruing this regardless of the situation). Comforting isn’t it? The rest has been with Mara, who is very nice. But doesn’t seem to help much with every 3 week check in that seems useless.

I have been dealing with so much pain, stress and worry for over two years now. I came to Parnall for help. And all Iv gotten is more, confusion, even more worry, and unstoppable stress. We began this almost a year ago, and it’s clear that the financial stress, worry, uncertainty, and pain from multiple recoveries and or of treatments or procedures up till now seems irrelevant and or not worth much to them. Have you any idea how that feels as a client? As if my pain and suffering doesn’t account for anything?

Iv read the good reviews and it’s great that others have amazing experiences. But I sadly understand the negative reviews. I’m sure Parnall will respond like they have with every other review with some quick mouth response or some legal jargon. Could you maybe just listen and learn? Instead of defend. I already spoke to manager who was clearly just trying to (save the sale). I understand we all drop the ball at times. But shouldn’t I feel good and safe with a firm that’s representing me??

My case is still ongoing. And with no end in sight. I write this review to just share my experience. And to inform others before making such a big decision during an already difficult time. I thought the purpose was to find legal help. Not to help make the entire ordeal worse.
