I was found at fault after suffering injuries that resulted in a week long hospital stay from my involvement in a pedestrian vs. auto accident back in November of 2018 (I was the pedestrian, and long story short, it just came down to horrible timing). I had reached out to another popular local practice for help, but they wouldn’t even try, so I left it at that for awhile. However, in March of 2019, the insurance company of the driver involved came after me through a debt collector to get me to pay them back the money they spent to fix the driver’s car. The amount was substantial, and I wasn’t sure of what to do. It was about a month later that my father had me reach out to Parnall law, where I had the good fortune of getting paired up with lawyer Nick Trost and paralegal Sheneille Wilson. They, along with Burt Parnall himself, deeply and truly empathized with my situation. They spent time to make sure I was definitely 100% at fault, which, by law, I was. After that, though, instead of just giving up, Nick and Sheneille continued to work on my case to go down every avenue they could to prevent me from having to pay the insurance company. Through their hard work and knowledge, they were able to find a clause in my renter’s insurance that made it a possibility that that could be used to pay. A few months of constant contact with my insurance company later, they were able to make them pay the claim… and when given this good news from Mr. Trost, I was also informed that I owed them nothing in return. I know the details of the steps they took (of course its more involved than I have time to elaborate on here) due to constant updates from both Nick and Sheneille. They are a remarkable team, and are truly the best. I am so thankful for them, and their hard work and persistence through nearly a year of working on my difficult case. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
