The staff is nice. The investigation that was done. I feel it wasn’t. I had given you guys names and numbers on who was on the golf cart and no one was called. You guys talked to a third party and went with it. Supposedly I had dropped my phone but my phone isn’t damaged. I don’t like the way he made me feel when he closed my case. He had mentioned that I wasn’t going to remember that I dropped my phone because of my head injury. He dropped my case and went with “the third party” and did not care to contact my witnesses. Witch were plenty to to fight a case ..
