If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! I’m very disappointed in this service. I’m sure Parnall has a lot of cases to manage but when we called to get a consultation, we spoke to a lady who didn’t seem to care about our case. Then she said she would transfer our case to a “partner law firm” where we spoke to another lady. After that, we never heard from them again. It’s been 2.5 weeks now and no status. They advertise wanting to help people, but do they really???
