I had been meaning to write an honest review of my experience, and had not gotten around to it, but have all my notes. I was too angry to write it at first, then decided to just move on.

Fast-forward to now, I just received discovery documents from ANOTHER PERSON’S CASE, involving MINORS and personal information… it reminded me the level of unprofessionalism I experienced and now here I am, writing my review.

To the Padilla family, I’d look into suing for your personal information winding up in my email inbox, with your children’s full names, DOB, address, school, and other personal details from your case…

I’ll start by saying, we did win my case and got the maximum payout. On paper, this is great. I also had to hold their hands the entire way and do all of my own checking in and even had to wear a lawyer hat and update verbiage to have the right impact.

On multiple occasions, I was told something would happen “Friday, this week” and I’d check in 4 to 6 weeks later and get “whoops, forgot to do that, I’ll do it now.” I had just had a baby amidst this process, and nothing at all happened during the 3 months after I delivered, due to BRIAN ignoring my case. I also had scheduled video calls with them and would be the only person on the call at the scheduled time, with the paralegals joining up to 15 minutes late, making excuses that they had to “restart” their computers. I’m sorry, restarting your computer did not make you 15 minutes late, I’d be willing to believe 5 minutes for that. Just say you’re late, no excuses.

I wrote my lawyer detailed complaints and got half-a** apologies and unchanged behavior. I tried to get to a higher-up with my complaints, but was never contacted again by Parnall Law after asking my paralegal to get me in touch with someone regarding my experience.

The number of times they dropped the ball or made really lame excuses was excruciating, I felt like I was working with a whole team of those kids you don’t want to be partners with in school. In some ways, I think they took me less seriously because I was a young adult, and female, highlight the word female… There is NO WAY they would have treated my father the way they treated me.

I am a young professional and they absolutely underestimated my voice, my accountability expectations, and my punctuality.

I cannot believe I paid for this service! Parnall made just over 20k on my case and they absolutely did not earn it. I wish I would have went elsewhere and advise everyone else to find another lawyer.
