Roni Fraire

Roni is from Roswell, NM. She moved to Albuquerque immediately after graduation in 1992 and has been working in the legal industry since 1993. She has devoted 32 years of her career to Plaintiff’s personal injury work. Roni was promoted to Operations Manager in 2017 and is a member of the Executive Team. She now manages the law firm’s operations and non-attorney support staff. Roni’s work includes overseeing the client cases; management of the Team Leads, including directing and assisting the staff in pushing cases through to resolution; hiring support staff; keeping track of the firm’s overall KPIs and metrics; and a wide variety of other work to help run the firm smoothly. In her free time, Roni enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids, reading, puzzles, and traveling.
