ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Deputies were called to a collision early Tuesday on Coors Boulevard Southwest in southwest Albuquerque, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident was reported on the northbound lanes at Gun Club Road Southwest, in the city’s Valley Gardens neighborhood. BCSO officials responded to the scene just before 5:37 a.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but two vehicles were involved, leaving a section of northbound Coors Boulevard closed in the area. Motorists were instructed to find alternate routes around the scene.
By 5:43 a.m., a few minutes later, one lane was reopened for passing traffic.

As of this writing, the sheriff’s office has not indicated any injuries in the event.
