Snow storm causes 12-car pileup on NM-599

SANTA FE, NM – A spring snow storm caused a major collision on NM-599 in north Santa Fe on Wednesday.

According to KRQE, the crash involved 12 vehicles, and took place sometime before 3 p.m. at the US-285 interchange.

Police say nine people were taken to local hospitals. None of their injuries are believed to be life-threatening at this time.
