BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — Deputies responded to a rollover wreck Sunday morning on Interstate 40 near east Carnuel, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash impacted the westbound interstate at mile marker 171, just before the exit to Carnuel. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 6:18 a.m.
Details remain limited, but the BCSO indicated at least one vehicle overturned as a result of a crash. All westbound lanes in the area were closed as deputies worked the scene.
Shortly before 10:30 a.m., more than four hours later, the roadway was completely reopened.

Officials have not reported any injuries as of this writing.
