BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — BCSO deputies were called to a rollover wreck Monday morning on New Mexico State Road 333 near Tijeras, reports the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened on the westbound lanes at mile marker 4, just west of the Interstate 40 overpass, and four miles east of Central and Tramway Boulevard. It was first recorded by the BCSO at 6:38 a.m., when officials had already been on the scene for some time.
Details remain limited, but authorities said first responders arrived to find the driver conscious and breathing. Authorities have not shared more details on the patient’s condition.
A section of westbound NM-333 was shut down in the immediate aftermath.

By 6:45 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reported reopened.
The circumstances of the accident remain unclear.
