
ALBUQUERQUE, NM — One person was hospitalized Friday morning after a pedestrian crash in northeast Albuquerque’s Bel-Air neighborhood, reports KOB4.
Albuquerque Police responded to the scene on the eastbound lanes of Menaul Boulevard Northeast at Carlisle Boulevard Northeast, after receiving a call at about 10:15 a.m.
The events leading up to the incident have not been released, but officials sad the victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
Motorists were asked to find alternate routes, as a span of eastbound Menaul Boulevard was closed near the intersection.
An investigation was in progress. No information about the driver has been made public, and authorities have not reported any pending charges.
