ALBUQUERQUE, NM — One person was fatally hit by a driver Thursday night on Southern Boulevard Southeast in east Albuquerque, according to KRQE.
Albuquerque Police responded to the scene near the intersection with Elizabeth Street Southeast, in the city’s Manzano Mesa area.
It remains unclear at this time what caused the incident or whether the driver stayed after the crash.
An investigation by the APD’s homicide unit remains ongoing.
