RIO RANCHO, NM — One person died last Friday afternoon following a motorcycle wreck in the Western Hills residential area of Rio Rancho, reports Rio Rancho Observer.
Rio Rancho Police Department said officers arrived at the intersection of Summer Winds Drive Southwest and Western Hills Drive Southeast to find a motorcycle on its side.
Both roads in the area were blocked off as authorities conducted an investigation.
As of this writing, it was unclear what led up to the fatal crash or whether any other vehicles were involved.
