ALBUQUERQUE, NM — A man was ejected in a collision Thursday morning on Interstate 40 near Albuquerque’s Westland Row area, according to KOB4.
Deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene on the westbound lanes between 98th Street Northwest and Atrisco Vista Boulevard, shortly before 7:15 a.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but authorities said only one vehicle was involved.
All westbound lanes of I-40 were blocked during the emergency response. By 9:13 a.m., nearly an hour later, the interstate had been cleared and all lanes were reopened.

At this time, BCSO officials have not shared further details on the the condition of the victim.
