BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM — One person was killed Tuesday morning in a vehicle collision on Avenida Dolores Huerta near South Valley, according to KOB4.
The fatal accident happened on the eastbound lanes (Bridge Boulevard) near La Vega Drive Southwest, near the Five Points neighborhood in Albuquerque.
Deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office urged the public to avoid the area as crews responded to the scene.
At this time, authorities have not released a possible cause of the crash or any details on the parties involved.
