ALBUQUERQUE, NM – One person was seriously injured after a vehicle wreck this morning in northeast Albuquerque, according to KRQE.
At least two vehicles were traveling near Tramway Boulevard and Candelaria Road when they collided. The Albuquerque Police Department that one of the vehicles in the accident was a city trash truck.
One person sustained severe injuries and was hospitalized for treatment. The wreck also led to a nearby light pole being knocked down.
The APD is currently investigating the cause of the accident. Motorists have been advised to seek alternate routes.
