SANTA FE, NM – A pedestrian who was killed in a crash in Santa Fe over the weekend has now been identified, according to the Santa Fe New Mexican.
Police said the victim was 59-year-old Ronald Gallegos. He died after being hit by a vehicle on St. Francis Drive Saturday night at about 11 p.m.
Police determined that the incident was caused by error on the part of the pedestrian, so the driver of the vehicle will not face any criminal charges in the case.
