ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Emergency personnel were on the scene of an accident that caused traffic delays this evening, TTN Albuquerque reports.

The vehicles were traveling east on I-40 today when they crashed for unknown reasons.
Authorities were dispatched to the crash site at about 5:30 p.m. today.
The accident blocked the left lane of the highway near Exit 160 towards Carlisle Boulevard. It’s unclear whether the area has since been reopened.
