ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Authorities are investigating a wreck that caused traffic congestion this morning, KKOB Traffic reports.

At least one vehicle was driving eastbound on I-40 when the accident took place. The collision took place at the highway’s interchange with I-25.
Emergency personnel responded to the wreck at about 8:51 a.m. Friday.
Officials told motorists to be aware of traffic slowdowns in the area.
