ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Authorities responded to a vehicle crash on I-40 that impeded traffic this evening, according to TTN Albuquerque.

The highway was shut down between Exit 131 towards Canoncito School Road and Exit 140 towards Rio Puerco.
The wreck took place at about 5:45 p.m., in the eastbound lanes of I-40.
It’s unclear whether anyone has sustained injuries as a result of the accident.
