ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Investigators are looking into a hit-and-run that claimed the life of one pedestrian over the weekend, KRQE reports.
A man was walking across Central Avenue near Florida Street at about 9 p.m. when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene of the crash and has not yet been found.
The identity of the pedestrian has yet to be released.
The Albuquerque Police Department is currently investigating.
