ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A man was severely hurt Thursday night when his car crashed on a highway ramp, ABQ Journal reports.
A driver was traveling north on I-25 when his vehicle crashed for unknown reasons. He was ejected from the car during the crash and sustained serious injuries.
The wreck took place on the exit ramp towards Paseo Del Norte Boulevard, which has been shut down as crews investigate the scene.
Emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital for treatment. His identity has not yet been released.
A spokesman for the Albuquerque Police Department reported that the driver is in unstable condition.
