News: Major vehicle collision in Albuquerque injures six

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A car collision has injured six people and impeded traffic this afternoon, according to KOAT.

The two vehicles were traveling near Montgomery Boulevard and Tramway Boulevard when they collided. The wreck took place at approximately 1:30 p.m. today.

Authorities have closed down Tramway Boulevard in the northbound lanes as the crash site is being investigated.

Four of the six who were hurt are reportedly suffering life-threatening injuries.

It’s unclear what exactly led to the accident. We will be monitoring this story as the Albuquerque Police Department investigates.
