ALBUQUERQUE, NM – A cleanup-crew member was working on I-40 when a car struck him and drove away this morning, according to ABQ Journal.
The driver of a tow truck had exited from his vehicle and was cleaning debris from a wreck when a car swerved into him.
The accident took place east of Tramway, at about 9:20 a.m. Friday.
The Albuquerque Police Department is currently searching for the driver. We will continue to follow this story as they investigate.
