News: Crash site cleared after causing road closures in east Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident that blocked traffic near Mesa Village, according to TTN Albuquerque.

At least one of the vehicles involved in the accident was traveling eastbound on Lomas Boulevard when the collision occurred.

Officials reported the accident at about 11:25 a.m. this morning. It’s unclear if anyone was hurt after the crash.

The road was shut down between its intersections with Easterday Drive and Eubank Boulevard. Crews were able to reopen the area at about 4 p.m. today.

Additional details about the cause of the accident are not available at this time.
