ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Traffic was significantly obstructed this morning after an accident blocked three lanes of traffic, TTN Albuquerque reports.

At least one car was heading eastbound on I-40 when the crash took place. EMS were dispatched to the scene at Exit 155 towards Coors Road.
Local authorities closed down three of the left lanes as first responders were at the crash site. It’s unclear whether the highway has since been reopened.
Details about any resulting injuries are unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
