ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Authorities were called to an accident that caused traffic slowdowns yesterday afternoon, according to APD Traffic.

The Albuquerque Police Department responded to the scene of a car accident near the intersection of Louisiana Boulevard and Paseo del Norte Boulevard. The wreck took place at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The road was shut down in the southbound lanes. It is unknown if the area has since been reopened.
Details about any resulting injuries have yet to be released.
