ALBUQUERQUE, NM – The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office tweeted that it was at the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident in southwest Albuquerque on Sunday night.
The pedestrian was struck in the area of Coors Boulevard and Pajarito Road at about 10:17 p.m. Pajarito Road was shut down in both directions west of Coors Boulevard for about six hours while investigators processed the scene.
No details were immediately released on the identity of the victim or the circumstances surrounding the crash.
