ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Authorities are investigating the cause of a crash that blocked several highway lanes earlier today, according to TTN Albuquerque.

The vehicle was driving westbound on I-40 at about 10:10 a.m. when the crash happened.
The wreck took place near Exit 162 towards Louisiana Boulevard. Details about any resulting injuries have not yet been released.
Officials closed off three of the right lanes as they initiated an investigation. Total Traffic reported slowdowns from the crash site to Exit 165 towards Eubank Boulevard. The area was reopened an hour later.
